WP7This week I read about Microsoft's decision NOT too allow native apps onto the WP7.  Who's making the stink about it?  Mozilla.

Seattle Post-IntelligencerThe Seattle Post-Inteligencer wrote this week about Mozilla being ticked off Microsoft wouldn't let them release a native WP7 app.  Oh BOO-HOO!  Cry me a river.

GOOD on you Microsoft!  You said only Silverlight (out of browser) and XNA apps will run on the phone, and you stuck to your guns!  Good on you!  As a third party developer (well, technically, a "wanna-be" right now) I take some comfort in your standing your ground!  IF you would have caved and let some non-SL/XNA apps run on the phone, where does it stop?  How do other developers get in on THAT action?  How BIG do you have to be to get THAT deal?  But you side stepped most/all of those thorny issues and simply said no-go!  Good (and thanks!).

Now it's time to grab a coffee and get coding!
