TAXITonight I created and submitted my next WP7 application!  Check it out!

TAXITonight, after putting up the Christmas lights, I thought I would start on a WP7 app idea I've had percolating in my head for two months now.  Hey, there's a LONG story to putting up those Christmas lights, don't judge me!  DOH! HAHA

But back to the topic at hand.  Back, many years ago, MADD fought to get an easy way to be able to call a cab anywhere in Canada.  Even though MADD created this back in 2004, I only found out about this recently.  So I wondered, how mahy other people don't know about this service?  And how many of those people are travelling around Canada, maybe on business trips, and who could REALLY use a cab?!  Well, if they/you have a Windows Phone 7, and a spare buck, you can call yourself a taxi cab with a few clicks!

This is very much a version 1.0 app, I have no hangups there.  The next BIG feature?  AAAHHHHH you'll have to visit here again real soon for that little gem of information!

I hope my app gets accepted/passes certification soon!  Until then, it's time to grab a coffee and get coding!

Hello 01938 Taxi Cab. Thanks for leaving a comment and I hope you do return back. I have to work on this TAXI app a bit more. Right now, there's no warning about the $1.25 (I think that's it) charge for using the sevice, AND I want to add a "where am I now?" feature to justify using this app. Right now, it's just a learning thing, in the future, I do hope businessmen/women will use it when in new/diferent cities.

Thanks for commenting.
